Leads assigned OCM workstreams & activities, including activities associated with SIIs, MRAs, etc. Executes Resource Identification Activities with PM and LOB Sponsors Leads Stakeholder Impact Analysis Activities to define the business impacts of the upcoming changes. Develops & Executes Business Readiness Plans, inclusive of deliverables, timelines, resources, and overall approach Creates learning/ communication/ support documentation as needed Creates adoption surveys and other measurement tools Supports OCM Program work by leading/owning OCM workstreams and other key activities. Base Salary:
$63,750.00- $127,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
