Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Governance Support Primary Focus 60 Support day-to-day execution of Change Management Governance activities Coordinate Change Advisory Board CAB meetings and governance review forums Facilitate governance reviews for high risk and complex technology changes Track governance actions risks exceptions approvals and remediation activities Validate change requests for completeness required documentation approvals and governance compliance Produce weekly and monthly governance reporting dashboards and executive summaries Coordinate change freeze communications and enterprise implementation schedules Support change metrics analysis including Failed Changes Emergency Changes Change Success Rate Aged Changes Governance Compliance Incident Problem Management Governance Support 30: Coordinate action items resulting from major incident reviews and problem management activities Maintain tracking of corrective actions remediation plans and governance commitments Support preparation of incident governance reviews problem review discussions and executive reporting Assist with trend analysis and recurring issue identification Partner with Incident and Problem Managers to drive closure of governance deliverables and follow-up actions Governance Coordination Project Management 10: Manage governance related initiatives and process improvement efforts Drive meeting coordination documentation status reporting and stakeholder communications Maintain governance artifacts process documentation runbooks and procedures Track project milestones dependencies risks and issue resolution activities Support audit risk compliance and regulatory requests as needed Identify opportunities to streamline and automate governance reporting and processes
Required Qualifications:
3 years of experience in Project Coordination PMO Technology Operations IT Governance Service Management or Program Support Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Strong organizational and project tracking skills Experience creating executive reporting dashboards and presentations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including
Excel PowerPoint and Teams Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ITIL practices including Change Management Incident Management Problem Management Service Management Governance Experience with ServiceNow Experience working in regulated financial services environments Knowledge of technology operations infrastructure cloud or platform support organizations Experience supporting governance forums CABs or operational review meetings

This role enables governance leaders to focus on strategy risk decisions and executive engagement by providing operational coordination project management reporting and process execution across Change Incident and Problem Management Governance The position serves as the connective tissue between governance functions and helps ensure actions risks metrics and process improvements are consistently executed and tracked to completion The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $28.66/hour - $44.78/hour.
