Job Description

JSR is looking for a long term consultant for a Change/Communications Manager during the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS). This person will also have responsibility for coordinating the necessary training across the organization.
Will be responsible for:
Developing the change management program by communicating project goals, timelines. Developing the approach for training, and working together with the training vendor and providing status along the way.
Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science 3-5 years in Training Management in the pharmaceutical industry 7-10 years in Change or Communications Management in the pharmaceutical industry Prior QMS experience is a plus Good project management Excellent communication skills
