WHAT AWAITS YOU

Care and updating of our digital My Travels portal via a content management system Support in processing guest inquiries regarding bookable additional services (e.g., table reservations, spa, hairdresser, and fitness offers, etc.) Collaboration in the further development of our backend and frontend systems - from idea to implementation Active participation in various (sub-)projects in the area of product management Digital best-practice analysis to optimize the guest experience before and during a cruise

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Studies in tourism, cultural studies, or business administration First practical experience in the digital environment is desirable Technical affinity and enjoyment of structured work Very good knowledge of MS Office applications Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken Initiative, creativity, and an independent working style Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent
