Up to $6700 + 1 month bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange various business meetings and discussion sessions with internal and external stakeholders for the project. Liaise with other ORM team members for requirements gathering and finalising business requirements. Assist in planning and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for the various AI Use Cases, including preparation of test cases (test scripts and scenarios) and proper documentation of test results. Support business users in process change management with implementation of the AI solution. Assist in preparation, proper maintenance of key artefacts and documents for the project. Assist in tracking of project activities/milestones, budget, risk issues and ensure any potential delay, budget overrun and risk issues are flagged out for attention. Where needed, assist in any post-implementation data preparation for the data migration exercise for the project. Assist in preparation of training / user guides on the updated RCSA processes for internal staff. Support in any other ad-hoc tasks as required. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risks and better safeguard the company.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree with at least 6 years of working experience is preferred, preferably either in insurance/ financial industry, or accounting Project management skills is preferred, including, but not limited to, system / UAT testing, quality assurance, management of stakeholders, tracking of project milestones, etc. Prior experience with AI is an added advantage.
