Purpose of Position

Interns are assigned special projects and various other duties that are intended to provide them with valuable professional work experience and industry insight. Interns will perform meaningful work alongside other talented professionals gaining insight to NetJets' unique culture and business philosophy.



Tasks and Responsibilities Manage and complete OCM department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.

Contribute to organizational change initiatives by supporting communications, engagement, training, and readiness activities that help employees successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working associated with a large-scale enterprise transformation. Translate complex business and technology concepts into clear, engaging communications that build awareness, reinforce key messages, and help employees understand the purpose and impact of organizational change across the enterprise. Develop an understanding of the NetJets operations, approach, methodology & tools.

Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated strengths in writing, storytelling, project coordination, and building engagement with diverse audiences. Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, audience-focused content and present information in a professional and engaging manner. Interest in organizational change management, communications, employee engagement, or business transformation, with a desire to learn how change is planned, communicated, and adopted in a complex enterprise environment. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive, personable, and ability to develop relationships.

Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and have experience with internet research.

Must be comfortable with Excel spreadsheets, tracking, and analysis.

Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information.
