Full Job Description Change Analyst:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Change Analyst for a 12 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Richmond, British Columbia office.

Job Description:
The Change Analyst will produce change impact assessments and support other change management activities as directed to ensure that people (internal and external stakeholders) are ready for the change and that future state behaviors are realized in accordance with the future state design. The Change Analyst will support the delivery of change management activities across the program, contributing to the successful adoption of business transformation initiatives. Working under the direction of the Senior Change Lead, the Change Analyst will assist in developing change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, change measurement plans, and other related change management activities as needed.
Change Analyst:
Responsibilities:
Support the development of people and culture change strategies, by conducting stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, change measurement plans, and contributing to customized change management tactics to drive adoption Assist in developing communications, learning, and change management materials aligned to the program's future state outcomes Support operations teams to implement business changes that have been identified Contribute to pre and post go-live support activities, including supporting the go-live command centre and helpdesk model as needed Assist the benefits measurement team in monitoring post go-live metrics related to change adoption or as identified in the change impact assessments, and documenting findings to inform adjustments Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the program Develop change management templates, materials, and deliverables in accordance with quality standards set by the Senior Change Lead, and align with organizational standards Work with project managers across the program to insert change management activities and align timelines Stakeholder assessment Change Impact assessment Change measurement plan Change adoption tactics Project plans reflecting change management activities Go-live support documentation and post go-live monitoring reports
Change Analyst:
Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in change and transformation projects, with demonstrated experience in assessing and supporting complex, multi-workstream programs Self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing their own work and planning Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed reporting structure, coordinating across functional leads, product managers, and senior leadership.
Change Analyst:
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
    Experience working in a public sector unionized environment Experience working in claims or insurance Prosci or other change management certification an asset PMP, Lean, or other transformation-related certifications an asset. Change Analyst
