Change Manager

100% Remote - Any US based time zone Full Pay Range - $55-75/hr W2 depending on experience Description Our tech client is seeking a Change Manage for key Marketing Operations transformation programs which focuses specifically on Marketing Technology. Some examples include new Marketing Tech Builds, AEM/Workfront tool Adoption, AI, and CRM technology. This role ensures successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across marketing and cross-functional teams. This person will have the opportunity to develop and execute scalable change strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Assess impacts and drive readiness across people, process, technology, and data.
• Partner with program teams to embed change into project delivery.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, alignment, and executive communications.
• Design and deliver communications, training, and enablement resources.
• Track adoption, identify resistance, and drive sustained behavioral change.
• Build reusable frameworks and best practices to scale change across MOPs. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years in change management or transformation roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional programs specifically for a Tech-based organization
• Prosci/Adkar certifications are a nice to have
• Proven experience implementing change strategies for Marketing Technology (ideally Adobe products) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
