Compensation Range:
$86,900.00- $130,300.00 _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._
Responsibilities:
- Plays a key role in ensuring that projects and initiatives reach their full potential by ensuring all impacted business, financial, operational and other stakeholders are prepared for and embrace change.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- + Plays a key role in business process workshops to understand the current and future state business processes.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- + Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Behavioral Psychology, Business or related field and 5 years of relevant experience establishing and implementing organizational change management and support required + Master's degree preferred + Or equivalent combination of education and experience + Experience working with consulting resources preferred + Experience with higher education, larger medical center or large complex and distributed enterprise preferred •
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including active listening and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences required + Strong group facilitation skills with demonstrated experience turning working session notes into high-quality deliverables required + Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal required + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, colleagues and staff required + Ability to work collaboratively with and through others required + Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges required + Strong organizational problem solving and root cause identification skills required •
