Job Description

Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of global food retailer Ahold Delhaize, is part of the U.S. family of brands, which includes five leading omnichannel grocery brands - Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop. Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more. Primary Purpose Technology transformation is only successful when people adopt new ways of working. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our Technology initiatives translate into real, sustained impact across the organization. As an Lead Technology Change Management Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise change strategies for complex Technology programs. You'll apply structured methodologies to help teams navigate change effectively-accelerating adoption, minimizing disruption, and ensuring business value is realized. This role partners closely with HR, Communications, and senior Technology leaders to deliver consistent, integrated change approaches. You'll influence how change is planned and experienced, while building scalable frameworks and tools that strengthen change capability across the organization. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.
