Lead Tech Change Management Analyst

As an Lead Technology Change Management Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise change strategies for complex Technology programs. You'll apply structured methodologies to help teams navigate change effectively-accelerating adoption, minimizing disruption, and ensuring business value is realized. This role partners closely with HR, Communications, and senior Technology leaders to deliver consistent, integrated change approaches. You'll influence how change is planned and experienced, while building scalable frameworks and tools that strengthen change capability across the organization.
