Job Title:
Global MLR Project & Change Manager (Contractor) Job Description Position Overview The Global MLR Project & Change Manager Contractor will be responsible for driving execution across multiple MLR workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are consistently achieved. This role supports large-scale behavioral and process change across a global, cross-functional stakeholder group. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, experience in regulated environments, and the ability to influence and coordinate across diverse teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Compensation & Work Location This position is 100% remote and offers a pay rate of $46 per hour, which is approximately $95,680 annually (based on a full-time 40-hour work week). Travel up to 15% may be required. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues as needed Coordinate stakeholders and resources to achieve project objectives Change Management Lead change management initiatives for new and evolving MLR processes Define change strategies, assess impact and readiness, and manage stakeholder communications Mitigate resistance and deliver clear guidance and training to support adoption Drive alignment across global stakeholders to ensure successful implementation Communication & Reporting Schedule and facilitate meetings; provide clear follow-up with action items and deadlines Maintain ongoing communication of project plans, timelines, and updates Prepare and deliver reports to leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of project and change management experience in a medical device or regulated environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly Outstanding interpersonal skills, including teamwork, coordination, conflict resolution, and attention to detail Demonstrated adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Willingness to travel up to 15% Preferred Qualifications Experience with the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) approval process Experience in a promotional marketing environment PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams Planner, Veeva PromoMats, or similar platformsSimilar remote jobs
