Organization Change Management (OCM) Analyst - U.S. Citizenship Required

CGI is seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support an

SAP S/4HANA

project for a large government contract. The OCM Analyst will work with the OCM team to develop, conduct, and manage change management initiatives for several affected Department agencies. Responsibilities include assessing client change needs, developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, measuring the success of change initiatives, assisting with communication development, and collaborating with related training efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices, as well as experience working with a variety of stakeholders. This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.
