Description TEKsystems is currently seeking a Change Management professional to support enterprise transformation initiatives. This individual will work closely with a small OCM team supporting large-scale initiatives including policy system modernization, Dynamics CRM expansion, Databricks adoption, AI implementations, and enterprise change capability rollout programs.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with organizational change management activities across multiple projects Coordinating readiness assessments and stakeholder surveys Supporting training development and delivery efforts Managing training schedules, invitations, communications, and attendance tracking Creating and maintaining training materials using AI tools such as Claude and Synthesia Analyzing survey results and helping develop recommendations Supporting stakeholder engagement and adoption activities Collaborating with project teams, business leaders, HR, communications, and training partners Maintaining OCM documentation, templates, and reporting Supporting enterprise-wide change capability and change practitioner training initiatives The ideal candidate possesses change management experience, excellent organizational abilities, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
