As an OCM Readiness Lead, you'll partner with a dedicated set of departmental stakeholders to prepare them for new business processes and systems as part of a large-scale project implementation. This is a hybrid contract role with potential for extension through go-live and post-launch support. What You'll Do Work with stakeholders to define, facilitate, track, and manage change readiness activities Partner with the broader Change Management team to ensure stakeholders are prepared to adopt new technology and processes Assess readiness status and make key decisions regarding capability deployments Support individual departments in preparing for new system implementation Help identify and revise configuration elements, integrations, and reporting needs Drive standardization and new process adoption across departments Engage impacted users in deployment activities including testing, training, communications, and conversion validation Create and deliver clear communications content to stakeholders at all levels Required Qualifications Knowledge of the Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a change management perspective Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear user and project documentation Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills Confident presentation skills Experience with task assignment, coaching, and oversight Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels, inside and outside an organization Demonstrated experience creating and delivering stakeholder communications Ability to maintain strict data confidentiality Preferred Qualifications OCM education or training related to ERP implementations Experience with Workday Financials/Supply Chain or similar SaaS implementations PMI certification (PMP or similar) Experience in large, decentralized public sector organizations Local to the Philadelphia area
Pay:
From $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Have you worked on an ERP or large enterprise system implementation (similar in scale to OPAL) where you were responsible for departmental readiness activities — defining, facilitating, tracking, and managing them end-to-end? Describe your experience helping stakeholders transition to new technology and process capabilities as part of a Change Management team. What was your specific role versus the broader team's? Have you assessed readiness status and made go/no-go decisions on capability deployments? Walk through an example. Do you have experience identifying or revising system configuration elements, integrations, and reporting requirements from a change/business-process perspective (not as a technical developer)? This role involves managing an assigned group of departments independently (one of six OCM Leads on a shared project). Have you worked as part of a multi-lead change team where you owned a specific portfolio of stakeholders while coordinating with a central Change Management function?
