Job Type:

C2C Key Responsibilities Support OCM activities for web modernization and governance initiatives. Coordinate stakeholder communications, readiness, and adoption activities. Develop job aids, FAQs, presentations, and user documentation. Assist with training coordination and process documentation. Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Track risks, stakeholder concerns, and adoption barriers. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, or project coordination. Experience supporting large-scale organizational or digital transformation initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education, public sector, or large enterprise environments. Experience with web governance, website modernization, or digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with accessibility standards, intake workflows, or ServiceNow processes.
