Job Title:
Organizational Change Management Readiness Leads Location:
Philadelphia, PA Notes- This is a Hybrid Role Job Description Change Management Readiness Leads will each be responsible for working with an assigned group of individual departments and their associated stakeholders to prepare them for the implementation of the OPAL Project.
Work activities:
Throughout the OPAL Project, the Organizational Change Management Readiness Lead (OCM Readiness Lead) will: Work with stakeholders to define, facilitate, track, & manage readiness activities; Work with Change Management team to help ensure stakeholders are ready and able to embrace the new technology and process capabilities; Assess status and take key decisions with respect to readiness for capability deployments; Work with individual department stakeholders to prepare for implementation of the new system; Revise and identify configuration elements, integrations, & reporting for the new system, and make changes; and Work with stakeholders to help drive standardization, and new process adoption within their departments. Work with stakeholders to include key impacted users in departmental deployment related activities (i.e. process and systems setup confirmation, testing, training, communications, conversion validation, etc.) Skills/experience of the assigned staff: Required Knowledge of Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a change management perspective; Ability to keep data confidential; Strong problem solving and analytic skillsets; Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to create user and project documentation and procedures, clearly and concisely; Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills; Meeting presentation skills; Solid task assignment, coaching, and oversight expertise; Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization; and Experience creating communications content and delivering this content to impacted stakeholders Highly Desired/Preferred Organizational Change Management Education related to ERP Implementations Workday Financials/Supply Chain Implementation experience or similar Software as a Service Solutions Project Management Expertise with appropriate Project Management Institute Certifications Large, Decentralized public sector industry-based experience Local to the City of Philadelphia or local areas desired
