Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Records Retention Project Manager to lead a multi‑phase Records Retention Initiative for a growing mid‑size pharmaceutical company with one commercial product and an active clinical pipeline. This role is responsible for driving the implementation of new records retention policies—starting with email retention—and guiding the organization through significant behavioral and process change. This is not a traditional IT systems project. While technical teams will handle configuration changes, this role is primarily focused on change management, user engagement, process mapping, and cross‑functional coordination across Legal, IT, and business functions.
