Hybrid - onsite and remote Responsibilities Resolve incident tickets related to identity management and access. Fulfill Service Catalog requests to manage user access and permissions. Complete release and change tickets to ensure system updates are properly implemented. Handle security vulnerability remediation tasks involving Saviynt configuration changes. Reduce security risks, enhance compliance, and improve user experience through proper access management. Support Identity Management and Governance services with 5-10 years of specialized experience. Requirements 5-10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance services. Proficiency with Saviynt or similar identity access management tools. Strong understanding of security vulnerability remediation and change management processes. Experience in handling incident resolution, service requests, and release management. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for rotational on-call duties.
