The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to manage change control processes within Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring data integrity, process compliance, and system alignment. In parallel, the position drives data-driven decision-making through the development of BI dashboards, KPI tracking, and operational analytics. Main Responsibilities Manage and support change control processes within Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring accurate implementation, traceability, and compliance with governance standards Analyze operational data and develop BI dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making Support execution of operational improvement initiatives by tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using structured project management methodologies Develop and maintain automated reporting tools, templates, and data models to improve visibility of project and operational KPIs Support program governance through structured reporting, risk analysis, and communication with local and global stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Manufacturing and/or Project Management experience Hands-on experience with PLM/ERP systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, SAP) and change management processes Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar) Experience in manufacturing or operations environment, with understanding of production processes and performance metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work across cross-functional and multicultural team Certification in manufacturing digital tools, such as SAP or Teamcenter. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodology
