Job Description
Job Description The Senior Program Manager (Change Management) plays a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives that deliver on our objective to establish a modular, interoperable, and scalable system capable of enhancing safety, efficiency, and adaptability in a complex, multi-domain environment with global impact. This position entails leading large-scale, complex programs from conception through completion, ensuring they align with and advance the organization's strategic goals. The Senior Program Manager provides visionary leadership, and optimizes resource utilization. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to influence and collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- To be successful in this role, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) skillset required will encompass business process re-engineering, organizational change strategy, people management, and executive presence.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the single point of accountability for all project management activities Apply and implement metric-focused delivery model for workstream and contract performance reporting, including defining the metrics, processes, feedback loops, and continuous improvement practices Collaborate with leadership to assemble and assimilate a new delivery team, ensuring seamless operational and cultural integration with the technical implementation team and customer environment Rapidly evaluate OCM needs based on an aggressive technical modernization schedule and complex customer environment to set vision, and strategy- formulating actionable plan to achieve goals Create the environmental infrastructure (e.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree with 12 years in leading large-scale, complex transformational or modernization initiatives Diverse organizational change and stakeholder management experience Excellent leadership and team/people management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others, foster trust, and develop strong relationships and rapport Demonstrated success supporting enterprise modernizations, with strong experience collaborating with technical and specialized experts Experience working directly with C suite executives on strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with complex technical implementations and leads with optimism and confidence through ambiguity and challenging situations Microsoft Office Suite expertise (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) U.S.Citizen Preferred:
