Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to support stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption for a SaaS platform migration and optimization program. This role focuses on assessing stakeholder impacts, driving engagement across the change lifecycle, and ensuring communication and training initiatives effectively enable adoption and sustained use of new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Support stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities aligned with project milestones and deployment phases Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess change impacts, readiness levels, and support requirements Partner with change management and training teams to define communication and learning strategies Develop and deliver targeted communication materials including stakeholder updates, FAQs, and go-live support content Create and maintain change and enablement materials related to identity and access management processes Translate technical and process changes into clear, actionable communication for stakeholders Engage with business leaders, subject matter experts, and project teams to validate impacts and ensure alignment Collaborate with training teams to align learning strategies with stakeholder needs and change impacts Coordinate with internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and timing Participate in project and change management meetings to stay aligned on updates and risks Track communication, training deliverables, and stakeholder engagement metrics, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or organizational change management Experience developing communication and enablement content for enterprise technology or SaaS implementations Strong experience identifying change impacts and translating them into communication and training strategies Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Experience working in structured project or program environments Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and follow-through skills Experience working with identity and access management (IAM) concepts or similar domains Preferred Qualifications Direct experience supporting IAM platform migrations, including access models, provisioning workflows, and post go-live adoption Experience developing communications for security or compliance-driven initiatives Experience collaborating with technical subject matter experts to validate communication content Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR Experience partnering with training or learning teams on enablement strategies Experience supporting global or multi-region technology deployments
