Long-term Contract GTS Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support large-scale IT initiatives and organizational change efforts. Responsibilities Develop and execute change management, communication, and training strategies. Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments. Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change readiness. Create executive summaries, reports, communications, and training materials. Partner with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. Provide OCM coaching and guidance using industry best practices. Track and report change adoption metrics and project progress. Requirements 5+ years of OCM experience. Experience with Prosci or similar OCM methodologies. Strong experience developing change management, communication, and training plans. Experience supporting large-scale IT or enterprise-wide initiatives. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Communications, OCM, or related field preferred.
