Facilitate organizational transformation by effectively planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives that align with business objectives. Evaluate the impacts of change, develop comprehensive communication and training strategies, and engage with stakeholders across all levels. Ensure seamless transitions and foster the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. Serve as a strategic advisor and architect of enterprise-wide change frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational transformation goals. Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools to support organizational agility and resilience. Recognized as a thought leader in the field. 7+ years of experience in change management or related field. Subject matter expert within business area/specialization with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines. Organizational design and transformation. Change portfolio management. Executive coaching. Change capability building. Governance and compliance. Expertise in enterprise transformation. Strong executive presence and advisory skills. Proven track record of leading complex change programs. Strategic foresight and scenario planning. Experience with global change programs and regulatory compliance. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Qualifications Master's Degree or MBA. Prosci Master Certification or equivalent.
