full-time About the Opportunity accel bi corporation is seeking an Organizational Change Management and Adoption Assurance Specialist for a proposed One Washington independent QA engagement. You will assess whether agencies and implementation cohorts are prepared to adopt new Workday processes and sustain operational readiness. Responsibilities

• Independently assess organizational change management maturity and adoption readiness.
• Evaluate stakeholder participation rates and engagement evidence.
• Review change management, communication, and training artifacts.
• Assess readiness across agencies, divisions, and implementation cohorts.
• Identify adoption risks affecting go-live and stabilization.
• Evaluate the adequacy of program responses to readiness gaps.
• Produce evidence-based findings and contribute to executive QA reports and transition recommendations. Required Qualifications
• At least five years of direct QA, IV&V, audit, or other independent assurance experience on large ERP implementations.
• Direct experience assessing organizational change management and adoption on a large ERP implementation.
• Experience measuring stakeholder participation and assessing OCM maturity.
• Experience evaluating cohort-level adoption readiness.
• Strong analytical, written communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Public-sector, multi-agency ERP transformation experience.
• Workday implementation experience.
• Multi-wave deployment and post-go-live adoption assessment experience.
• Relevant change management certifications.
