Job Description
Description The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team is looking for an experienced program manager to establish, maintain, and optimize mechanisms for managing high visibility product roadmap and launches. GREF creates the spaces that inspire Amazonians to make history. Our globally diverse team manages Amazon's corporate office portfolio across more than 60 countries, delivering real estate transactions, space and occupancy planning, design and construction, capital investment program management, and facility operations — all in service of a workplace where culture thrives and employees do their best work. Within GREF, the Product team develops technology solutions that improve how employees interact with GREF services and enable internal GREF teams to deliver on its mission. We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to own two critical functions: building and running a product intake and prioritization mechanism and driving the end-to-end launch and change management process for GREF's product portfolio. In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the connective tissue between GREF stakeholders and the product roadmap. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a product intake and prioritization mechanism that drives alignment with stakeholders and leadership on product priorities across multiple verticals. You will establish a structured mechanism for receiving, triaging, and prioritizing product requests from stakeholders — evaluating strategic value, aligning with leadership, and integrating approved initiatives into the roadmap. You will also own implementation of a change management system that ensures successful launch and adoption of product initiatives. You will own progress reporting, stakeholder communications (including launch flashes), and change management activities such as training and post-launch success monitoring. You will design and operate the systems that determine what gets built and ensure that what gets built lands successfully across the organization. This role requires a builder's mindset, strong ownership, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate with clarity and conviction in an ambiguous environment. Key job responsibilities

Develop and execute change management plans for product launches, including training programs, internal communications, and launch flashes that drive awareness and adoption.Stakeholder Communication:
