Communications Consultant•Hybrid#26-06937 Milwaukee, WI Hybrid Contract Starts 7/06/2026 Ends 9/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Communications Consultant•Hybrid (3 days onsite) position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 15+ month contract opportunity.
Pay Range:
$36.00•$38.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Position Overview:
As a member of the Change Management team, the Communications Consultant supports campus planning and strategy by developing and executing robustmunication plans for the workforce. The consultant will create and deploy high-qualitymunications across various channels, translateplex information for employees, and enable leaders with the materials needed to manage change.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and executemunication plans and roadmaps aligned to enterprise initiatives and project timelines Create and deploy high-qualitymunications across channels (email, intranet, presentations, leader messaging) that are clear, consistent, and aligned to departmental and enterprise priorities Design and executemunication tools, resources, and plans that prepare employees and leaders for changes impacting the campus experience Translateplex operational, planning, and change-related information into concise, employee-friendlymunications that drive understanding and readiness Strategize and manage divisionalmunications through centralized channels to keep employees informed of operational updates Own and manage the SharePoint/intranet content strategy and repository structure for assigned projects Develop leader-facing materials, including talking points, FAQs, and playbooks to supportmunication, engagement, and change readiness Partner with and provide consultation to leaders and key stakeholders onmunication approach and change impacts Plan and facilitate department meetings and forums to drive alignment, transparency, and cross-team collaboration Provide change management andmunication consultation forplex, multi-year campus initiatives Support the integration ofmunications within broader change strategies Support tracking ofmunication effectiveness and readiness indicators Gather feedback from stakeholders and employee listening channels to inform adjustments tomunication strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with relevent experience in organizationalmunications 8-10 years of experience in internalmunications, organizationalmunications, or related field Proven experience developing and executingmunication and engagement plans in aplex, fast-paced environment Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplifyplex topics Experience creating executive•and leader-facingmunication materials Strong stakeholder management facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience planning and facilitating department-wide meetings, forums, or employee engagement events Experience managingmunications across collaboration platforms and employeemunication channels Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as plans evolve
Desired Skills:
Experience ing change management concepts such as employee readiness, adoption, and stakeholder engagement Experience supporting large-scale organizational or operational changes Familiarity with enterprise and divisionalmunications channels, including intranet, leader cascades, and collaboration platforms Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
