Our Team:
The EDI Project Leader serves as the primary business-focused technical liaison & project manager for all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) initiatives. This role leads, with technical partners & operations teams, the end-to-end solution design, testing, deployment, and operational support for Distributor and Supplier EDI networks for all enterprise projects, new document onboarding & production incident solutioning. through these duties and responsibilities: EDI Enterprise Program Leadership Lead enterprise-wide EDI initiatives enabling seamless Distributor and Supplier connectivity across critical programs (e.g., DC expansion, onboard new document types) Drive the EDI roadmap in alignment with business growth, logistics strategies, and transformation initiatives Act as the primary EDI subject matter expert and trusted advisor Lead through influence to achieve project milestones & EDI to successfully launch with enterprise programs EDI Solution Design & Delivery Significant stakeholder & participate in EDI solution design, configuration decisions, and execution, serving as the technical authority for implementation, validation, and scalability Lead the delivery of new EDI document types and enhancements required for commercial expansion Evaluate and implement EDI solutions supporting new distribution models, supplier onboarding, and marketplace integrations. Requirements, Testing & Deployment Partner closely with business users, IT, and external trading partners to gather requirements, vet solution options, and translate operational needs into EDI designs. Create and execute comprehensive EDI test plans, including end-to-end testing, partner validation, and regression testing for new integrations and quarterly releases. Ensure business readiness through structured cutover planning, deployment coordination, and post-implementation validation. Operational Stability & Production Support Lead production EDI issue resolution, serving as the escalation point for transaction failures, partner disruptions, and system defects. Partner with IT to ensure consistent EDI performance, data integrity, and transactional reliability across the enterprise. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EDI performance, visibility, and automation. Documentation, Training & Change Management Document EDI process flows, mapping specifications, integration designs, and configuration decisions to support knowledge sharing and scalability. Develop and deliver training, communications, and change management materials for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and impacted business teams. Support onboarding of internal teams and external trading partners to ensure successful adoption of EDI capabilities. Cross-Functional & External Partnership Serve as the bridge between Supply Chain, IT Solution Delivery, Analytics teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Coordinate across multiple concurrent EDI projects, balancing priorities and managing dependencies. Drive governance, standards, and best practices for EDI integrations across the organization. The TOOLS you'll bring with you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in EDI, Supply Chain Systems, or systems integration roles Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple concurrent initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: Hands-on experience supporting EDI transactions across procurement, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle preferred), EDI standards, and systems integrations Experience with distributor, supplier, logistics provider, or marketplace EDI integrations CPIM, Project Management certification, or equivalent Lean Six Sigma training or process improvement experience Proficiency in process documentation and integration flow diagrams (e.g., Lucid) We provide these great perks and benefits: Robust health, dental and vision insurance plans Generous 401 (K) savings plan Education assistance On-site wellness, fitness center, food, and coffee service And many more, check out our benefits site
HERE Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $105,000.00 - $135,000.00• The base salary is determined by various factors, some of which may include, but are not limited to, experience and tenure, qualifications, skills, and performance.
