New Jersey Resources is seeking a Security and Business Continuity Analyst to develop and maintain metrics and evaluate data to support departmental goals within the Security and Business Continuity department. This position supports data-driven security operations, business continuity planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Major Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and analyze physical security metrics, dashboards, and data-driven reports. Assist with access control reporting, video surveillance system review, badge provisioning, and area access reviews. Monitor and escalate threat intelligence data to management to support organizational security awareness. Assist management with the planning, coordinating, and support of tabletop exercises, emergency drills, and scenario-based preparedness activities. Track ongoing security and business continuity projects to assist management with timely completion. Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, and operations teams on physical security and business continuity initiatives. Assist with coordination of security and business continuity training programs. Support the development and maintenance of Business Impact Analysis across the organization. Support security compliance activities, policy development, and administrative items, as needed.
