The Senior Business Continuity Associate will assist in ensuring the firm canrespond quickly and efficiently, and resume operationsafter disruptions within expectations.Job Responsibilities:
Plan Development & Maintenance:
Create, update, andmaintaincomprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plan Create update and maintain Business Impact Analysis including identifying resources needed and identification of recovery time/point objectivesDevelopment of Testing Strategies:
Work with stakeholders to ensure recovery strategies (e.g., geographical handoffs, work from home) are tested regularly.Training & Awareness:
Deliver training programs to employees on business continuity requirements.Collaboration:
