Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Enterprise Resilience Specialist for a 12-month contract opportunity in Orlando, FL within the financial services industry. This role supports the tactical execution of an Enterprise Resilience program across Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, partnering with business leaders, engineering teams, reliability groups, infrastructure stakeholders, and technology services. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented resilience, risk, continuity, or program management professional who enjoys organizing complex workstreams, improving operational readiness, and helping teams prepare for disruption scenarios. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and execution-focused, with strong cross-functional visibility and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful enterprise risk and resilience initiatives. The Enterprise Resilience Specialist will help facilitate Business Impact Analyses, maintain Business Continuity Plans, support Disaster Recovery documentation, coordinate exercises, and manage program records in a GRC platform. This role is ideal for someone who can translate stakeholder input into clear documentation, track action items with precision, and keep resilience initiatives moving forward. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate Business Impact Analysis campaigns, including stakeholder outreach, meeting facilitation, progress tracking, and quality review.
  • Support the development, review, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans to align with program standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Partner with engineering and reliability teams to maintain service-level Disaster Recovery Plans, including RTO, RPO, dependencies, backup strategies, and failover approaches.
  • Assist with DR tabletop exercises, technical validation activities, outcome documentation, and remediation tracking.
  • Maintain Enterprise Resilience records, templates, workflows, datasets, dashboards, and reporting within a GRC platform.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, manage action logs, follow up on deliverables, and support program communications and documentation. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate:
    $60 to $80 per hour.

    Contract/Temporary.

    12 months.
