PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points at a technology, media, and telecommunications location; verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain accurate access-related records. Respond to incidents, unauthorized-access attempts, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed. Monitor security-related systems, including access-control equipment and cameras where assigned, and report unusual activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access areas, the business, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
