Work You'll Do As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will support the client in planning and executing Vehicle Allocation Methodology (VAM) studies. You will apply a proven federal agency VAM approach to assess fleet requirements, identify opportunities to optimize vehicle utilization, and determine an appropriate fleet size that supports the client's mission. The consultant will use established tools, methods, and analytical processes to conduct comprehensive fleet studies and produce actionable findings. Study results will be delivered in support of client reporting and aligned with specific relevant federal requirements. The work will also help secure agency commitment to reduce fleet size where feasible, while maintaining mission effectiveness.
