Summary:
Supports AMC workforce planning, organizational strategy, talent management initiatives, and Army People Strategy implementation.
Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:
Analyze workforce and organizational planning initiatives. Develop strategic messaging and executive communications. Draft Army orders, policies, and implementation plans. Support process improvement initiatives. Coordinate strategic planning activities across AMC organizations.
Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. Experience supporting Army workforce planning initiatives.
