About The Role The Senior Military Engagement Platform (SMEP) Planner responsible for leading information operations, military information support operations (MISO), and strategic influence campaigns in support of Combatant Command objectives. Serves as the primary operational liaison between senior military stakeholders and execution teams, overseeing the planning, synchronization, production, and delivery of communication and influence activities across joint, interagency, and multinational environments. Key responsibilities include campaign planning and execution, stakeholder engagement, operational communications strategy, workflow and production management, effects assessment, and governance oversight. Directs cross-functional teams spanning strategy, intelligence, creative, media, analytics, and production disciplines to deliver high-impact messaging and influence products across print, broadcast, digital, and emerging media platforms. Advises senior leadership on mission priorities, operational risk, resource allocation, and campaign effectiveness while ensuring compliance with operational security, classification guidance, and release authorities. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and mission execution capabilities in dynamic, high-tempo environments supporting national security objectives. •This position is contingent upon award of contract•Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 7+ years Expertise in information operations, strategic communications, psychological operations/MISO, campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational assessments Experience working with Combatant Commands, joint and multinational partners, and intelligence-driven influence operations Familiarity with operational systems and analytical tools, including
DCGS, JWICS, and CIDNE Details Target Salary Range:
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
