Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support one of the most dynamic and demanding areas of the business
  • a highly creative, high-energy division responsible for custom brand experiences.
This role is ideal for a senior, self directed BA who thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments and translates business needs into clear, actionable outcomes. The initial engagement focuses on resource planning and time management, helping the organization determine the right solution fit while laying the foundation for future delivery. Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to lead discovery and define requirements for resource planning and time tracking initiatives
  • Articulating downstream impacts to hourly, salaried, and unionized workers, including payroll and compliance considerations
  • Working in a global context (primarily US based, with exposure to the UK and select European regions)
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and artifacts
  • Actively manage scope, identifying changes and initiating formal change discussions
  • Partner closely with IT to ensure requirements are understood and implemented as intended
  • Support test planning, execution, and validation activities

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex, cross functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to drive requirements from discovery through signoffs and delivery
  • Deep experience operating as a bridge between business and IT
  • Experience with HRMS , timekeeping, or labor management systems ( UKG , Odoo, or similar)
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • able to challenge stakeholders, call out scope creep, and protect vision
  • Demonstrated success bringing structure to ambiguous, fast changing environments
  • Experience owning or heavily supporting testing activities, including creating testing scenarios, supporting execution, and maintaining requirement traceability through validation
  • Exposure to global workforces or multi country labor considerations
  • Familiarity with global PMO governance standards (and ability to adapt to existing frameworks)
  • Experience supporting initiatives involving hourly, salaried, and union labor
