Job Overview The Business Analyst provides process documentation and analytical support for discrete projects. The Analyst develops and manages project-based deliverables that include process mapping, gathering business requirements, gathering and reporting operational metrics, and project financial and operational analysis/reporting. The Analyst supports peers and management to interpret performance data and develops recommendations for business solutions. The individual will work as part of a team supporting enterprise business software applications and infrastructure projects. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, health care, statistics, organizational management, or a related field required 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination activities, and designing end-to-end business processes in an outpatient clinic setting and/or enterprise support department is strongly preferred Understanding of process improvement methodology (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM) preferred. Compensation $70,568.34 - $88,210.43 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
