Media Planning Manager

We're looking for a Strategic Planning Specialist to join a fast-paced marketing strategy team focused on driving customer acquisition and building awareness across multiple channels. Hybrid, Culver City Pay $65/hr (w2, eligible for benefits) 12 months 40 hrs a week, Mon-Fri In this role, you'll partner with marketing, media, creative, analytics, and data teams to develop data-driven media strategies and integrated campaign recommendations. You'll also help shape audience insights, optimize channel performance, and translate results into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders. What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in media planning and strategy (agency experience preferred)
• Strong cross-channel planning experience across performance and brand campaigns
• Ability to turn data and insights into clear audience and media strategies
• Experience with both traditional and digital media channels
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in testing, measurement, and reporting
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
