Opens a new window. Manage the development and implementation of strategies to enhance business efficiency, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and support long-term organizational growth.

Specific duties include:

conduct end-to-end reviews of internal workflows, including technician scheduling, customer service coordination, and parts procurement; identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements to reduce downtime, cut operational costs, and increase service delivery speed; support cross-functional initiatives with finance, logistics, and human resources to align operational capacity with customer demand; assist in developing service expansion strategies, including geographic and staffing considerations, based on market and internal performance data; define and track business performance indicators such as job cycle time, service coverage efficiency, and resource utilization rates; prepare reports and executive presentations that outline operational trends, risks, and strategic recommendations; conduct financial impact assessments for new service models or policy changes; participate in budgeting and workforce planning by analyzing cost structures and organizational needs across departments; lead or support projects aimed at implementing new tools or workflows that require change management and interdepartmental cooperation; serve as a liaison between executive leadership and service teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives. .

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in business analysis, operations planning, or management consulting.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Project management or strategic business planning; working on financial and operational performance analysis; knowledge with global and organizational business structures; proficiency with business software (Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as SAP and NetSuite); hands-on experience working with business management systems; and analysis of operational data to support workflow optimization, cost reduction, and resource planning.
