Description:
Under the general direction of Strategy and Executive Leadership this position provides support for planning, development and analytics support to drive the growth and strategic direction of existing and new service lines and create stabilization, standardization and optimization for operational metrics within existing service lines. This role will be responsible for gathering market information, data-driven short- and long-term strategy supported through business plans, financial proforma and strong cross inter-departmental coordination. The incumbent utilizes Business Intelligence software to gather, analyze, and interpret business data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role partners with leaders and staff at all levels to build problem-solving capabilities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and implement data-driven solutions that improve organizational performance for existing service lines
REQUIREMENTS 1.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field is required. Four (4) years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement. Master's Degree is preferred. 2. Five (5) years of previous experience in data analytics, decision support, strategy review and clinical service lines related work experience is preferred. 3. Thorough knowledge of operations, financial analysis, and organizational development is required. 4. Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to facilitate communications between diverse groups. Effective influence, presentation, advisor, and consultation skills are required. 5. Well-developed project management, process redesign, and analytical skills are required. Prior experience and knowledge of healthcare information technology functionality is preferred. 6. Proficient in the use of computer software programs such as Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Access, PowerPoint, and iGrafX (process simulation) is required. 7. Experience with slicer dicer report generation with an EHR system. 8. Understanding of the unique culture of healthcare for quick assimilation is preferred.
