Adriana's is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to help us grow smarter - spotting opportunities from our data, tightening our processes, and making sure decisions get made with real numbers behind them. What you'll do
- Pull, reconcile, and validate data across multiple systems
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Audit processes, sales, and expenses, then recommend what to change
- Find opportunities to increase revenue and cut cost
- Support projects from planning through follow-up, working with people across departments
- Automate manual work and document how things get done What you need
- 2+ years in business analysis, data analysis, finance, operations, or a similar support role.
- Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, comfortable with large datasets)
- Attention to detail, and the confidence to speak up when numbers look wrong
- Eager to learn, curious and proactive in taking new challenges
- Comfortable balancing competing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
- Able to work onsite in Irvine five days a week Nice to have
- Some exposure to SQL and Python
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar
