We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. Summary The Manager, Network Planning & Cost Definition serves as a strategic project and analytics leader responsible for coordinating major network planning, infrastructure development, and cost-definition initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Team (HOT), this role leads a team of analysts, ensures project execution remains on schedule, identifies risks and dependencies, and translates analytical findings into decision-ready recommendations for leadership. The position acts as a bridge between executive strategy and day-to-day execution across key initiatives including network expansion, port development, and business growth projects. Compensation $89,000 - $113,000 yearly salary range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) Responsibilities Lead execution of major Network Planning & Cost Definition initiatives such as port expansion and future network growth projects. Manage and develop assigned analysts, reviewing work products and ensuring quality, consistency, and accountability. Coordinate cross-functional activities among Commercial, Operations, Corporate Planning, Finance, Consulting, and international stakeholders. Identify project risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and resource requirements early; develop mitigation plans and escalate issues when needed. Review cost models, assumptions, business cases, and recommendations before leadership presentation. Support development of investment packages, red-folder approvals, lease evaluations, and network-planning studies. Drive project governance, milestone tracking, meeting follow-ups, and executive reporting. Ensure projects move from analysis to execution with clear ownership and measurable outcomes. Develop and coach analysts by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. Support continuous improvement of reporting, dashboards, and KPI visibility across the Network Planning & Cost Definition function. Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability within the team. Assist with annual budgeting, resource planning, and headcount forecasting to support business growth and project demands. Monitor industry, customer, and market trends and communicate potential impacts on network strategy, capacity planning, and future business opportunities.
