Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Department Analyst / Business Process Analyst for a contract assignment supporting a public sector environment. This role focuses on transforming manual, spreadsheet-, and paper-based workflows into a centralized system-driven solution . This is an execution-focused role , requiring someone who can design, build, and implement workflows , not just document requirements.

Onsite (up to 100%; minimum 50% required) Responsibilities

• Analyze and break down manual, spreadsheet, and paper-based workflows
• Design, build, and configure workflows within a centralized system
• Translate business requirements into system workflows and configurations
• Consolidate multiple tracking tools into a single system of record
• Define approvals, dependencies, and operational process flows
• Drive end-to-end process transformation (discovery → build → implementation)
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and ensure adoption of new workflows
• Support implementation timelines and execution activities Must-Have Qualifications
• Proven experience in business process transformation and workflow implementation
• Hands-on experience converting Excel/manual processes into system workflows
• System implementation/configuration experience (not just documentation)
• Ability to demonstrate end-to-end workflow build and deployment
• Strong stakeholder communication and execution capability
• Experience working in fast-paced or unstructured environments Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with workflow platforms (e.g., AeroSimple, CRM, ERP, or similar systems)
• Background in operations, public sector, transportation, or aviation environments
• Exposure to compliance-driven environments
