Job Description

Role:
Salesforce Business System Analyst Location:
San Francisco, CA Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst in Salesforce environments. Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud , including standard objects, lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting. Proven experience in Salesforce org transformation or migration projects . Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams . Demonstrated experience in cross-functional stakeholder management . Proven ability to manage competing priorities across business and technical teams to drive outcomes. Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering and optimization using out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities. Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills , including executive-level interactions. Experience working in a high-tech, demo-driven, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment is highly preferred.
