Business Process Analyst Esri - 3.8 Redlands, CA Job Details $72,800 - $135,200 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Project team coordination Bachelor's degree Process improvement planning Cross-functional collaboration Project stakeholder communication Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Overview As a business process analyst with a passion for improving process, you thrive on connecting with people, listening to their needs and challenges, focusing on "why" to clearly understand and articulate business objectives, and creating actionable requirements to enable high-quality, efficient project delivery providing (business) value to Esri. Responsibilities Elicit requirements using interviews and surveys, facilitating workshops, and performing data and document analysis Understand, refine, and validate the business challenges, opportunities, and risks with stakeholders Develop/refine as-is and to-be business processes and 'use-cases' using customer journey maps and design principles Partner with key stakeholders to develop and propose future-state processes for Finance and Accounting Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize requirements, define and evaluate potential solutions, and propose quick fixes when appropriate Collaborate with the enterprise project delivery teams to understand how tactical projects fit within the larger strategic roadmap Engage in multiple, simultaneous initiatives while identifying opportunities for collaboration across business units Develop and/or assist in the development of training materials and delivery of training Requirements 5+ years of direct work experience as a business analyst on cross-functional process improvements initiatives in a business function or an IT setting Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis skills, including process and data-driven analysis experience using common industry frameworks Adept at analyzing and documenting complex business processes as well as researching and resolving process and project related issues Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently as well as coordinating, prioritizing, and managing activities of project teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, team members, and management Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, communications, or related field Recommended Qualifications Experience using process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio and/or LucidChart Formal training/certifications in Business Process Management (BPM) Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), UX/UI principles, enterprise architecture and business architecture frameworks (TOGAF, BIZBOK) Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Office 365, ServiceNow #LI-JH2 #LI-onsite The Company At Esri, diversity is more than just a word on a map.
