You will manage technical and administrative tasks and project teams relating to contractor work, analyzing costs and benefits of contracting. You will be performing work in-house, providing technical, performance, risk mitigation, integration, validation, and information assurance compliance of systems and subsystems for DoD and Navy requirements. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following duties: 1) Working knowledge of the contract process and COR (Contracting Officer's Representative) responsibilities; 2) Understanding of Systems Engineering Technical review and their application to process improvement and project execution; 3) Demonstrating excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization, both oral and written; 4) Initiating studies and analyses to recommend resource allocations and requirements, identify organizational deficiencies, and resolve administrative issues; 5) Managing projects from planning through completion; 6) Leading and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and organizational performance.
