Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Behavioral Consultant to join our team. BCBA is preferred but will consider applicants with ABA experience with a Bachelor's Degree. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing behavioral patterns and developing strategies to improve behavioral excesses and deficits in Adults with a variety of Developmental Delays and Mental Health diagnoses. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication and writing skills, and a passion for promoting positive change implementing Applied Behavior Analysis strategies. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to analyze behavioral trends and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with Planning Team members to facilitate positive change. Provide on-going training in ABA to clients, Care Home Owners and Direct-Care staff. Work independently, as well as part of a team, with the flexibility to create your own schedule Experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. A minimum of 2 years conducting functional assessments and developing BIPs. ABA coursework and implementation. Previous experience with adults with developmental delays.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
