Robert Half is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to analyze business challenges and deliver technology solutions that improve processes, efficiency, and business outcomes. This role serves as a senior-level analyst responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, integrations, testing, implementation, documentation, and production support for Workday Financials, Payroll, and HCM. The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting enterprise applications, Workday integrations, business process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams. What You'll Do Business Analysis & Solution Delivery Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Ensure applications align with business objectives, operational processes, and strategic goals. Review and provide guidance on solution designs, requirements, and implementation approaches. Lead and support complex projects, system enhancements, and business process improvements. Develop implementation strategies in partnership with business stakeholders. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions that balance business needs and technical capabilities. Ensure implemented solutions meet business and user requirements. Workday & Integration Support Support and maintain Workday Financials, Payroll, and HCM solutions. Lead integration analysis, documentation, testing, and post-production support activities. Analyze upstream and downstream system dependencies and integration impacts. Partner with developers, QA teams, and business users to deliver system enhancements and integrations. Ensure production support processes are in place for enterprise applications. Requirements, Testing & Documentation Gather, document, and validate detailed functional and technical requirements. Create process flows, business workflows, specifications, and supporting documentation. Plan and support unit, integration, user acceptance, and deployment testing activities. Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and project risks throughout the development lifecycle. Facilitate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications. Process Improvement Provide guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to entry level Business Systems Analysts. Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and enterprise business applications. Contribute to delivery standards, processes, and best practices. Support organizational change management initiatives and user adoption efforts. Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
