Job Description

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to software asset management. Analyze current SAM processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize ServiceNow SAM tools to manage software licenses, entitlements, and compliance. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into software usage and compliance status. Work closely with IT and procurement teams to ensure accurate software asset tracking and management. Provide training and support to end-users on SAM processes and ServiceNow functionalities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software asset management and ServiceNow. Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus among stakeholders on SAM initiatives. software asset management practices.
