This role involves extensive Excel-based analysis, financial tracking, reporting, and customer support. Corporate Services Business Analyst Details:

Contract position $40.00 /hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Analyze and manage daily operations of the Hydrogen Card program using Excel (reporting, tracking, and data analysis) Monitor gift card usage, review lease data, and issue permanent cards Manage card inventory, accounts, and value loading; perform settlements and GL reconciliations Generate reports, track program performance, and invoice Honda for card loads and fees Provide customer support, handle inquiries, reimbursements, and card lifecycle activities (activations, transfers, closures) Run and review daily/weekly reports to ensure proper usage, balances, and funding Maintain accurate data in internal systems and complete required compliance training

Corporate Services Business Analyst Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in accounting, finance, or financial institutions preferred Strong understanding of general ledger and financial transactions Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis; macros a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn new systems Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service abilities Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, timely work Team-oriented, coachable, and proactive with a strong work ethic Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
