Job Description

Our client in Windsor, Connecticut is seeking a Business Analyst (Supply Chain) for a contract opportunity. This role will support key supply chain initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive operational efficiency across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and related functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering business requirements, mapping processes, supporting system or operational enhancements, and working closely with stakeholders in a supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current supply chain business processes and identify opportunities for improvementGather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholdersCollaborate with supply chain, operations, IT, and leadership teams on process enhancements and system-related initiativesDevelop process maps, workflows, functional requirements, and related documentationSupport projects tied to inventory management, demand planning, procurement, logistics, and order fulfillmentAssist with data analysis, reporting, and performance metric trackingHelp facilitate testing, user acceptance activities, and implementation supportCommunicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholdersEnsure solutions align with business goals and operational needs
